Welcome to Yoga Spirit Inc. By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships or products, attending classes or events, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Yoga Spirit Inc.

Yoga Spirit Inc. provides yoga classes, meditation, sound baths, workshops, wellness experiences, retail products, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, class, instructor, schedule, or offering at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make purchases unless you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for any bookings made on behalf of minors.

3. Booking Classes

Class reservations are managed through Momence.

By booking a class, workshop, or event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.

• Maintain a valid payment method when required.

• Comply with all published studio policies.

• Follow instructor guidance during classes.

Your booking is not guaranteed until payment (where applicable) has been successfully processed.

4. Memberships & Class Passes

Memberships, class passes, introductory offers, and promotional pricing are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Class passes are non-transferable.

• Memberships are intended for individual use only.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Cancellations

Our current Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to the Cancellation Policy published on our website, including applicable late cancellation and no-show fees.

6. Workshops & Events

Workshops, special events, teacher trainings, and retreats may have additional terms and cancellation policies that will be communicated at the time of registration.

7. Health & Participation

Participation in yoga and wellness activities is voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

• You will participate within your own abilities and comfort level.

• You will inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations that may affect your participation.

• You understand that Yoga Spirit Inc. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If at any time you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you should stop participating immediately.

8. Assumption of Risk

Yoga, meditation, sound baths, and wellness activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms replaces or limits any liability waiver you may be asked to sign before participating in classes or events.

9. Personal Property

Yoga Spirit Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto studio premises.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, branding, and course materials, is the property of Yoga Spirit Inc. unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may use third-party providers, including Shopify, Momence, payment processors, and email service providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yoga Spirit Inc., its directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, classes, workshops, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
