Yoga Spirit Cancellation Policy

At Yoga Spirit, we understand that life happens and plans can change. If you're unable to attend a class, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible so another student has the opportunity to join.

Class Cancellations

• Classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class are considered late cancellations.

• Unlimited Memberships & Unlimited Passes: Late cancellations and no-shows will be automatically charged the current drop-in fee to the card on file.

• Class Passes & Drop-In Bookings: Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of that class or drop-in credit.

Many of our instructors travel from outside Bragg Creek to teach. Late cancellations and no-shows can mean they make the trip for an empty class, while another student may have missed the opportunity to attend. This policy helps us support our instructors, respect their time, and maintain a sustainable schedule for our community.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshop and special event registrations are subject to their own cancellation terms, which will be outlined at the time of registration.

Studio Cancellations

If Yoga Spirit cancels a class due to weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a class credit or refund, as applicable.

By booking a class or event with Yoga Spirit, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
