Thai Massage at Yoga Spirit
A Moving Meditation for Body, Breath & Energy
Rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions, Thai massage is a powerful compliment to your yoga journey. This fully clothed, mat-based practice blends rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and mindful touch to open the body, calm the mind, and deepen energetic balance. Unlike conventional massage, Thai massage works along the body’s Sen lines—subtle energy pathways—helping to clear blockages and increase the natural flow of prana (life force). Each session supports greater mobility, relaxation, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Lindsay will be providing 1 on 1 treatments in the beautiful space at Yoga Spirit amongst the forest and beauty of Bragg Creek. Mats and props are supplied, and the practice is on the floor. Various techniques are used to stretch, release and open energy pathways in the body to promote self-healing and awareness.
